On May 1st most of the lab was at the University of Victoria for the Canadian Society of Plant Biologist's (CSPB) Western Regional Meeting and the University of Victoria Forest Biology Symposium. Yoshi gave a talk with some exciting new data, and Miranda presented a new poster. Teagen also attended an RNA-Seq workshop run by Jim Mattsson before attending symposium.
It was an exciting day, and we heard about so much cool research going on in Western Canada and in Forest Biology.
